For many years, Turbel (importer of Elco) has made efforts to be more environmentally friendly.
We have setup several processes which enable to reduce trash and industrial waste.
Indeed, thanks to our daily involvement, we are working on several solutions in order to minimize the environmental impact of our activities.

Trash: all materials are either reused or recycled.
Water treatment: the water used for cleaning is gathered in a cistern. Afterwards, this water is treated before being evacuated.
Energy: more than 50% of our energy consumption is provided by solar panels.

Industrial ecology is part of our corporate strategy and Turbel is willing to continue to offer solutions to optimize and contribute to a more sustainable environment.
As well, the majority of our brand partners also advocate this philosophy. Many products distributed by Turbel are manufactured in factories which are certified ISO 9001 and/or 14001.
Their laboratories are constantly looking for cleaner and better solutions. They attach importance to methods which guarantee an optimal management of natural resources, even if it means additional costs.
